This policy explains how credits are used to unlock eligible seller listings and how refund requests are handled.
Best EV For Sale is a vehicle listing and lead marketplace. We do not own, sell, buy, inspect, certify, finance, broker, guarantee, or take title to any vehicle.
Credits are used to unlock eligible seller listings. Purchasing credits does not guarantee seller response, vehicle availability, dealer profit, or transaction completion.
Credit refunds, adjustments, or replacements are subject to this policy. Unlocking a listing does not automatically qualify for a refund because seller response, vehicle availability, and transaction completion are not guaranteed.
Refund requests must be submitted through customer support. Requests may be considered for qualifying issues such as incorrect contact information, duplicate listings, or fraudulent listings.
Refund requests are reviewed according to the applicable refund rules.
If a refund request qualifies under the applicable rules, Best EV For Sale will provide the applicable refund, credit replacement, or adjustment.
Credits have no cash value and may only be used on Best EV For Sale. Unused credits are subject to the applicable account and credit terms.
